Our keyholder services include regular inspection visits with particular attention paid to storm damage periods – reporting to you – satisfying insurer's requirements.

• Cleaning – Open up ‘spring clean' and close down periods. We are not able to offer a stand alone cleaning or changeover service, this is provided exclusively to the holiday properties which have full management and feature on our Anglesey Holiday Home Lettings website.

| • Gardening – Grass cutting, weed control, shed and fence maintenance, pruning, planting. |

• Painting – Interior or exterior.

| • Power Wash – Driveways, paths, drains, gutters cleaned and flushed. |
We carry out the majority of home servicing tasks ourselves but when professional tradesmen are needed we will put you in touch with trusted reliable providers to ensure the work carried out is of a high standard. With our contacts we are confident we can assist you with most needs – just ask.
Our aim is to give prompt courteous attention at all times and provide you with complete peace of mind when you are not here and assist when you are.

The Anglesey Holiday Home Services Maintenance Vehicle
TARIFF OF CHARGES:
Contract fee provides for a minimum of 26 inspections per year - additional done in winter months when storms are more frequent.
To include:
Inspection for water
ingress
Leakage
from domestic systems
Vandalism
Redirection of mail (if required)
Inspections both
internally and externally, reporting back any concerns to you
without delay.
Other work undertaken charged at an hourly rate. When other
tradesmen/professional is required their costs and conditions
apply.
We believe our annual fee would be less than the cost to you
of visiting during winter months, considering both time and expense
as most insurers require a visit each 30 days.
Annual fee of £240.00 from 1 June to
31 May inclusive or pro rata for the first year.
Other work - £15.00 per hour
