If you own a holiday home in Trearddur Bay our Property Management Services can help make sure it is clean and safe all year round. Our services include regular inspection visits with particular attention paid to storm damage periods – reporting to you – satisfying insurer's requirements.

| • | Cleaning – Open up ‘spring clean' and close down periods. We are not able to offer a stand alone changeover service, this is provided exclusively to our self catering holiday property which features on our Anglesey Holiday Home Lettings website. |
| • | Gardening – Grass cutting and weed control. |
| • | Painting – Interior or exterior. |
| • | Power Wash – Driveways, paths, drains, gutters cleaned and flushed. |
We carry out the majority of home servicing tasks ourselves but when professional tradesmen i.e. plumbers, electricians are needed we will put you in touch with trusted reliable providers to ensure the work carried out is of a high standard. With our contacts we are confident we can assist you with most needs – just ask.
